Bees will become endangered in America from October 31st forward. It is unfortunate that bees have come to the point where they are extinct. Now that they will officially be recognized as endangered, it allows for recovery programs and funding to get the bee population up. Not until a few years ago did the bees get portrayed in the media as creatures necessary for survival. They pollinate flowers, and are ultimately necessary for human survival. Hence, every time CNN makes an article about bees, it is one step closer to the re-spawning of their population. Similarly for every situation, its is never a bad idea to spread awareness. Newspapers and news-broad casting stations often have a monopoly of the information they share, this is why it is important to explore different perspectives to form a satisfactory world view. To be an interesting outspoken person, it is crucial to form an opinion by looking at both points of view.

authorI'm Marie De Mey, and I have a twin, and sister. I live in Canada but I'm originally from Ghent, Belgium. Hence, I believe that Belgian waffles are the most delicious in the whole world. My family nicknames me "Frietje," the dutch word for fries, which I adore. I enjoy to dance, and read novels. The styles of dance that I learn are ballet, pointe work and jazz. I have played the drums and studied Japanese since grade 4. I love going to school, doing new things, traveling and creating experiences. I consider myself funny and to the point. I enjoy being around people, especially my family. One day, I aspire to become a doctor. I recently graduated from grade school so now I am in grade 9, and will be 14 on October 19th, 2016. I haven't really put much thought into where I see myself in the world in the future... 86,400 seconds a day, but don't forget every second counts, so self-advocate and savour every moment and everything will be okay. archives
